We don’t make finished sewn items, we only manufacture cloth. However, we can direct you towards design agencies and seating manufacturers who can help you.

In addition to our bespoke design service, we also offer a range of stock supported fabrics in our Quick Ship collection. Our Toschi and Crepe ranges are suitable for use in curtains and seating, and are available in an extensive colour palette. These fabrics have the added benefit of being dispatched within 4 weeks.

Our Sales team can provide samples of our stock supported fabrics. For our bespoke designs, we weave samples throughout the development process so that the client can feed back on their preferred design elements.

We offer a range of yarn palettes to display our stock supported yarn shades, and provide inspiration for the client’s design. These palettes offer a versatile range of shades to reflect each client’s aesthetic requirements. If the client wants a colour that we don’t have in stock, our in-house dye team can produce bespoke shades to suit their needs.

All Replin fabrics are tested against aviation and rail industry standards including: Flame Retardancy FAR/JAR/CS 25.853.APP.F.PT1.(A)(1); Smoke Emissions Airbus ABD0031 & Boeing D6-51377/BSS; Toxic Gas Emissions Airbus ABD0031 & Boeing D6-51377/BSS.

Our fabrics are fully compliant with industry safety requirements, and regular testing is carried out in our in-house UKAS-accredited testing facility.

We have a minimum order quantity of 25 metres for the majority of our fabrics. These minimums may vary depending on the project – contact our Sales team for more specific information.

When calculating lead times we take into consideration yarn lead times, quantities required and other work that may be going through our mill. Non-stock supported fabrics can take between 8-12 weeks from receipt of order to dispatch. Our stock supported fabrics can be dispatched within 4 weeks of receipt of order. We will give you a good indication of our lead times when we provide your quote.

We do not offer an in-house service for cleaning Replin fabrics, but we may be able to put you in touch with an appropriate company who can.
