At Replin, all our interior fabrics meet and exceed the latest international industry standards. Fabrics are rigorously tested at our inhouse UKAS-accredited laboratory to ensure compliance at every stage of the manufacturing process.
And, we continuously review our processes to make sure they continue to conform as customer and international standards evolve.

Our laboratory
At the heart of our mill lies our UKAS-accredited laboratory, a state-of-the-art space for our team of fabric technologists to apply their expertise. All elements of the production process are subject to continual testing from goods-in inspection to final delivery, with certificates of conformance issued to clients and international standards bodies.
Our experienced team of lab technicians carry out a range of tests including tensile strength, Martindale abrasion, flame resistance, anti-pilling and colourfastness.

Whether we’re creating bespoke fabrics for a new interior scheme or reproducing patterns for refitting or refurbishment, consistency is the key. With full support throughout the production process from our in-house Quality Assurance Department you can be confident in our ability to deliver the highest quality, consistently, every time.
We are constantly reviewing all aspects of our production process, for example: analysing best practice, checking procedures, employee training, fibre selection, purchasing new machinery, and technological innovation.
